Peter J. Gregory Guest Lectures at Nazareth College School of Management

Mar 29, 2017

Peter J. Gregory recently guest lectured at a “Management and Behavior in Organizations” class for the Nazareth College School of Management graduate program.  The class focuses on the effective management of people as a critical component of organizational competitiveness. Topics covered include leadership, teamwork, power, politics, influence, structuring effective organizations, and managing organizational change.

His discussion focused on the mediation process as a form of alternative dispute resolution. Mediation can be used in a traditional litigation setting or as a tool for addressing internal corporate disputes.

Peter is an attorney in the litigation group where he represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters including personal injury law, collections, and commercial and business litigation.  If you have any questions about the mediation process or other methods of dispute resolution, please contact Peter J. Gregory at 585.512.3506 or pgregory@mccmlaw.com or any member of our litigation practice.
