Cooman Provides Perspective on Pending "Sunshine in Litigation Act"

In the Daily Record's recent front page story related to the Sunshine in Litigation Act pending in Congress, Kevin Cooman was asked to provide his analysis and perspective on this proposed legislation, based on his more than 30 years of litigation experience in the state and federal courts.
