McConville, Considine, Cooman & Morin, P.C. is proud to celebrate the firm’s 45th anniversary.  We have undergone significant transitions in recent years.  We made changes to our physical space, from working remotely through the COVID-19 pandemic to moving our main office to the Meridian Centre in Brighton. Convenience for clients remains paramount as we also maintain satellite conference offices in Fairport, Greece and Penfield.

Over the past forty-five years, our law firm has added more attorneys and staff when additional expertise and capacity was needed to meet the needs of existing or new clients.  In recent years, Kristen M. Dombroski joined our personal injury practice group where she represents those with serious injuries in the Rochester area. Prior to joining the firm, she represented individuals, employers, and insurance companies in various practice areas, including litigation. Thomas A. Klonick also joined our personal injury team as counsel.  Tom has over 40 years of prior experience as a solo practitioner handling personal injury litigation, and he has also represented many clients in administrative proceedings.

These changes allow us to continue our unparalleled service to our injured clients. Since our firm began in 1979, our attorneys have represented clients seriously injured by the negligence or intentional misconduct of others, whether involving car accidents, product malfunctions, defective premises, construction site accidents, or egregious medical malpractice.
